Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few business days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Pre-Order Items
Products listed as pre-order or made-to-order will include an estimated processing and shipping timeline in the product description. If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise requested.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier, but typically range between 3–7 business days once shipped. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly and formatted according to local delivery standards.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

VANNESA ROSSI is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to estimate these fees in advance.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items for claim documentation.
