Returns & Refunds Policy

At VANNESA ROSSI, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached

  • Free from marks, wear, or damage

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use or wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Pre-order items (once delivered), unless defective

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@vannesarossi.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@vannesarossi.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order.

As a small-batch, sustainability-focused brand, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and are always happy to answer product questions before you order to help ensure the right choice.
